The first unit shipped to me wouldn’t hold a charge, I contacted customer service, and after a short wait, they replaced the unit. The new one works as promised, it’s been a great help when camping in areas without power.

Power Pack 2.0 Warranty Replacement

The original power pack 2.0 lights were "acting" strangely...the blinking lights doing things I've never seen before and not fully charging after up to 36 hours of being plugged in. So I called to ask what's up with that, get information and during the conversation was informed I have one battery still under warranty. I didn't know. Great, THANKS. Still kinda wanted to know about issue with battery since I have two more, old style batteries. Doesn't really matter but curiosity makes the world go around. So I was asked by text to send a video, ok. When I got around to it the lights stopped blinking but would only go to level 3. Weird, so I thought it to be better to just inform y'all, order my new power pack through warranty, dispose of the weird power pack (you here about these phones catching fire for no known reason) and just move on with life. With the "jacket and warming blanket" the batteries are used a lot. No issues needed especially during winter camping. I am extremely pleased with Sierra Madre's interaction with me, it was informative and pleasant, even if I didn't have a warranty and had to purchase another power pack. I was impressed and actually enjoyed the conversation. I interacted with a company that really seriously follows their pledge to the consumer. Again, THANK YOU By the way the new power pack with the metered gauge, way cool.

Long lasting

I use this jacket daily (I live in Canada and am a baby when it's cold) and it heats up very quick, as well as retaining heat surprisingly well. This results in minimal charging.

So to summarize, This very powerful battery, combined with the smart design of the accompanying jacket, can make even a man baby get back to enjoying the outdoors, even in winter :)

New Power Pack 2.0
