Sierra Madre is committed to providing you the best gear in the world and our primary desire is your complete satisfaction. So let's keep this simple! This is our gear guarantee. 

  1. 100% Satisfaction: If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of your Sierra Madre gear within the first seven days after it arrives, then ship it back to us for a full refund. 

  2. Two Year Manufacturer Warranty: If in two years of owning your Sierra Madre gear you experience any manufacturing defects we will either: ship you a new product for replacement or repair your product free of charge. After two years we'll take care of you, just contact us for help!

  3. Damaged Products: If you damage your Sierra Madre gear we will do our best to repair your gear in the most cost effective way possible, provide you a store credit, or under some unusual circumstances we may not be able to do either of these options, so just ask!  Please note that user damaged gear due to misuse, abuse, or negligence is not covered under our warranty policy but we are glad to repair it!
