Don't know why there isn't a review on this OR why people aren't talking about this expander. It is a great piece of kit for your Puffle. It can be used to expand your Puffle at any point you need a little more width when buttoning up the Puffle to use as a top quilt or sleeping bag. Shoulders, knees, hips, footbox, whatever you need. I use it for the area around my knees. Pull the cinch strings tight, snap the first one or two buttons, then snap in the expander to give me that little extra that allows me to have more room for movement of my arthritic knee AND have a very comfortable tight footbox. Allowing much more comfort than the standard width of other top quilts when in my hammock. It makes it so easy to add those couple of extra inches. I also will use it up in the shoulder area when I use my Puffle on the rare occasion for a sleeping bag and it's a little more chilly than I had anticipated. No shoulder squeeze. No draft leaks. Get one. Try it out. Especially IF you need just that little bit of room like I do.
