Even if you're out of warranty, contact us, our goal is to serve you when you become part of the Sierra Madre family, we take care of you for life!
*Please note that user damaged gear due to misuse, accidents, abuse, or negligence is not covered under any of our protection policies, but we are glad to repair it at cost!*
30 Day Policy (100% Satisfaction)
We confidently offer a 30 day trial period on all Sierra Madre gear; once you receive your gear you have 30 days to try it out at home and return it if it doesn't work for you. To start the return, contact our Customer Support team (firstname.lastname@example.org)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be within the 30 day return window and either unused or lightly used and in similar condition you received it in. All items must be returned for full product refund. We are unable to offer refunds beyond 30 days of receipt.
After 30 days we will only accept returns based on manufacturer errors, if you’re unsure, feel free to contact customer service and they’ll take care of you!
2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
If in two years of owning your Sierra Madre gear you experience any manufacturing defects we will personally repair your product free of charge, or if the manufacturing defect cannot be repaired or compromises the integrity of the gear, we will ship you a new product for replacement.
If you feel your gear has a manufacturer’s defect, contact our customer service team through email to receive the mailing address and RAF form for your product to be shipped to us for assessment.
