A long weekend deep in the Watagans National Park (100km North of Sydney) has been my first experience with the Air tent camping setup.
While my mates dragged their swags out in the dirt around the campsite I found two nice trees with a good view of the lookout and threw up my hammock.
Best. Choice. I. Ever. Made.
What followed was a couple of nights of unreal comfort that I previously considered unobtainable while camping.
Strong winds, light rain and cold temperatures overnight had no place in my insulated air tent, it was definitely the envy of the camp.
