Learning something new doesn't have to be scary. We've been doing this a long time and we want to give you some advice so when your hammock arrives you can hang like a pro.
Here are some common beginner mistakes and how to avoid them!
Your trees aren't far enough apart. The optimal distance is 10 feet between trees, you don't want your hammock to be touching the tree!
You aren't looking up. Called widow makers, dead branches above where you hang your hammock are always in danger of falling. Stay safe and always check above you!
Hang at a 30° angle. It's the optimal angle for your Ninox to hang at. To quickly approximate 30°, put your thumb and pointer finger in an L shape. Move your pointer finger towards your thumb, stopping halfway. Repeat and you will have approximately 30°.
