Set it up at home first

I’m giving it 5 stars based on setting it up and giving it a good looking over because unfortunately I have not gotten to use it yet. That said, set up was easy but there are a few things I had to think about. I am very glad it didn’t wait to be out backpacking for the first time. It fits my ENO double nest well. I am excited about using it.

Hammock Vibes For Miles

First off... I'm a gear junkie that actually puts their gear to use... I don't leave reviews... THIS company deserves one! Been rocking this NUBE setup and dropping sexy hammock vibes for miles now! It's amazing the versatility of this set-up... not to mention the durability! You would think when you pull it out with the silky smooth as butter fabric/material which is also incredibly lightweight and compressible that durability might be an issue... THINK AGAIN! I have been using the SOLO hammock for some time now but just upgraded to the PARES w/ the TALON suspension. I'm officially a big boy hammock kid now!

Loving it still

I finally am going to write about my Nube. I’ve had it for a couple years now and am finally able to fine tune it. I usually leave the bottom a floor for my dog to sleep in. The everything in one and not having to carry a separate tarp. Set up is easy.. I keep finding more neat things about it!

What is the Nubé?

Nubé is an all encompassing shelter that completely protects you and your gear from rain, insects, and mud.

The Nubé starts with our proprietary rain fly that is designed to fully protect you from rain, using our Closure Sleeves to seal out rain from entering at the ends of the shelter (typically the most vulnerable area on a tarp).

The Nubé has an integrated Insect Shield that is sewn into the rain fly and keeps the entire interior bug free.

The Nubé's gear stash is where your pack goes while you're in your hammock! Keeping your pack and other items out of the mud, easily accessible, and it transforms into a bathtub floor that you can stand in or use as a tent floor when there are no trees.

The Nubé also has ventilation doors at each end, allowing you to control the air flow easily.

The uniqueness of the Nubé comes from it's all-in-one shelter design, giving you full protection in the air or on the ground. It is most similar to a tent in the air and if there are no trees, you can change it over to a ground tent in about 30seconds.
Is the Nubé going to work with my hammock?

Yes! Nubé is a shelter that works with most all gathered end hammocks, it will work for 12 feet hammocks down to 9 feet hammocks. The interior is wide enough to accommodate extra wide hammocks as well up to 76 inches.

The Nubé Closure Sleeves can be tightened on any hammock suspension or carabiner.
How high should I setup the Nubé?

Comfortable arms height is all you'll need to set up the Nubé. This allows you to stand up underneath the Nubé comfortably.

"Right out of the bag it was easy to set up using the online videos. I like that I can put two hammocks in it. I also like that if I want to "tent" on the ground I can set it up low.
