This blanket is super warm AND super light. I love the ability to customize the blanket. I toss and turn all night when I sleep (thanks to a knee injury in my 20s). I cinch up the bottom, button the last two buttons, and can hold the blanket in place with my feet. I've ordered and tried many down camping blankets but the Puffle is heads and shoulders above the rest. I've given several as gifts and the recipients were all delighted and found them very warm and useful. Needing hip replacement surgery I love them as my go to comfort throw around the house, I've since retired my fleeces. One or two will go with me to the hospital in a few months to comfort me. Softball in Minnesota was cold. The day started around 35 degrees. The Puffle was the talk to the tourney. My wife Staci stayed nice and warm with the poncho.

I recently brought my puffle on a 100mile backpacking trip in southern Arizona. It was easy to use and get used to. I appreciate the snaps to make it more like a sleeping bag for my lower body and I could still have freedom of movement for my upper body. It got damp in my backpack due to a mishap and dried quickly. I did use a sleeping bag liner but I was warm in low 30-degree-temperatures as someone who sleeps cold. I found a way to make the straps work as well. I will be bringing the puffle on all my trips in the future.
