My current solo camping setup is a tent that is both a hammock tent and a ground Bivvy tent.
As brilliant as the Bivvy tent is, I found being in a mummy sleeping bag makes the experience a little claustrophobic, and as a hammock I definitely needed an underquilt to take some of the chill out of a night's rest.
It was while researching underquilts that the Puffle Kickstarter appeared on my Facebook feed so I took a look and after reading all the reviews, I knew I had to have one!
I've slept under it at home and it is incredibly comfortable and very, almost too warm!
Although I've not used it in the wild yet, I've never looked forward to using a piece of kit before, or been more confident in such a versatile product living up to it's sales pitch and reviews.
At 53 years old I think I've found the perfect comfort blanket!
